The Role

As a construction worker here, you will work with a exciting variety of both small and large projects within roads and civil engineering. Your tasks may include everything from excavation and stone setting to guardrail work and fence repairs. The role also includes on-call duties, which means responsibility for dispatching plowing and anti-icing units, as well as managing communication with contractors. The on-call schedule is planned in advance.

Your Experience

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in earthworks and civil engineering, operation and maintenance, or a similar background from the contracting industry.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Category C driver's license.

It is meritorious if you have hot work certifications and experience working on road safety levels 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, and 2.1. A CE driver's license and an excavator operator's license are also considered meritorious.

The employment is permanent, with a probationary period. The location is Jönköping. Start date: according to agreement.
